Can I share it with you?
A simple Q but it can be so meaning full..but it  depends on situation, condition, emotion and other ...tion. Why should people ask such Q to other person. There are many reasons why we ask such Q. May be we're really sincere 'enough' to ask about the things that we want to have it also but some just want to play around or in other word is annoying!!.
Why people love to share ?..
Sharing can be so nice, especially  when we were in love. At the moment we share something...we feel that we're on the top of  the earth ...!!! what a statement is this ??

Love is in the air....

Puppy love (also known as a crush or calf love or even "kitten love") is an informal term for feelings of love, romance, or infatuation felt by young people during their childhood and even adolescence, so-called for its resemblance to the adoring, worshipful affection that may be felt by a puppy. 'Simple infatuation is often called a "crush" or "puppy love". It commonly strikes those in the early teens or younger'.
The term is often used in a derogatory fashion, describing emotions which are shallow and transient in comparison to other forms of love such as romantic love: 'calf-love...a sickly, sentimental dream which only a moonstruck fool could have created!'. Sigmund Freud however was far from underestimating the power of early love; recognised the validity of 'the proverbial durability of first loves: on reviendra toujours à ses premiers amours

Puppy love is a very widespread experience in the process of growing up, and the person who proudly boasts '"I'm never going to act like a lovesick puppy dog...over some silly girl (or boy) may well be riding for a fall. The object of attachment may be a peer, but the term can also be used to describe the fondness of a child for an adult, for example, students being attracted to their teachers, their friends' parents, or children to older celebrities: indeed, some consider that in puppy love 'usually the object of such infatuation is some highly idealised person who is some years older - a teacher, an uncle or aunt, a friend of the family, an actor, or rock star' - and typically the sufferer 'greatly moved with emotion...spend[s] much time in daydreams and wishful fantasies about them.
On the positive side, 'Puppy love gives young people a new sense of individualism. For the first time, they love someone outside their family'.Others warn however that 'the old saying may be true: "if you marry on the strength of puppy love, you'll end up leading a dog's life"'.

Hadith Qudsi 3:
On the authority of Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhaniyy (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:

The Messenger of Allah (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) led the morning prayer for us at al-Hudaybiyah following rainfall during the night. When the Prophet (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) finished, he faced the people and said to them: Do you know what your Lord has said? They said: Allah and his Messenger know best. He said: This morning one of my servants became a believer in Me and one a disbeliever. As for him who said: We have been given rain by virtue of Allah and His mercy, that one is a believer in Me, a disbeliever in the stars (2); and as for him who said: We have been given rain by such-and-such a star, that one is a disbeliever in Me, a believer in the stars.

(2) The pre-Islamic Arabs believed that rain was brought about by the movement of stars. This Hadith draws attention to the fact that whatever be the direct cause of such natural phenomena as rain, it is Allah the Almighty who is the Disposer of all things.

It is related by al-Bukhari (also by Malik and an-Nasa'i).

Trans Fats Shrinking The Brain………..???!!!

Study says..if you  want to maintain your mental health in old age and ward off cognitive diseases like alzheimer’s, avoid the frozen foods and eat your vegetables.

In astudy, which look at the dietary role of ageing gracefully, researchers found that people who consumed diets high in trans fats were more likely to have brain shrinkage and scored lower on thinking and memory tests, compared to people who followed a healthy diet, low in trans fats and high in vitamins.

Trans fats are found primarily in frozen,packaged,fast foods, baked goods and margarine spreads.

Conversely, people who followed diets that were high in range of vitamin like C,D,E and B or omega-3 fatty acid were less likely tohave brain shrinkage and scored higher in mental thinking test.

Researcher studied subject who averaged 87 yearsof age and drew blood samples to detamine the level of nutrients in the body- the first study do so they said.

Previous studys either look at separated nutrientsor rely on questionnaires and self –reporting to asses the people’s diets.
Scientists also scanned the brains of 42 participants to measure brain volume and found that those who had high vitamin levels had larger brains,while those with high trans fat wee prone to shrinkage associated with alzheimer's

This study corroborates the finding of another report published last year by a team of scientists at Columbia University Medical Centre in New York who found that one dietary pattern was significantly associated with a reduced risk of Alzheimer's disease: high intakes of salad dressing, nuts,fish,tomatoes, poultry,fruits,cruciferous and dark,green leafy vege and low intakes of high-fat dairy,red and organ meat and butter.
Meanwhile, omega-3 fatty acid and vitamin D are primarily found in fish, while B vitamin and antioxidants C and E are found in fruits and vegetables

KISAH ADAM DAN HAWA...Part 2.

DARI ADAM UNTUK HAWA..

Assalamualaikum Hawa,

Begini, biar aku terangkan padamu bahawa aku bukan berada di posisi seperti seperti dahulu. Aku tidak boleh menadah cintamu dalam bekas hatiku lagi. Aku hanya mampu berpesan padamu. Jika benar antara kita masih ada harapan, aku berharap Tuhan sahajalah yang akan membuka jalannya. Namun, untuk saat ini, aku tidak akan ke sisimu lagi.

Hawa,

Aku berpesan, jangan engkau sesekali memetik bintang cinta dari langit kegelapan, lalu engaku sematkan ia di dalam hatimu yang majhul hakikat. Kerana ia akan membawamu ke lubang zulmat. Jangan sesekali engkau menyeru kata rindu tanpa kefahaman dan melagukan mantera kasih tanpa tujuan, kerana ia akan menjadi taufan yang meruntukan tugu keperibadian yang sedia berdiri di atas tapak pekertimu.

Cinta itu seperti titisan air hujan yang perlu ditadah di dalam bekas suci, ditatap atas piring agama hingga memahamkan dirimu hakikat Tuhan. Di perlu diselami dan difahami dengan satu erti seertinya.

Hawa,

Cinta itu satu misteri yang mampu dibiaskan oleh nur Ilahi. Hanya yang mengerti amanah khalifatullah akan mampu mengutip nur itu dan menyelamatkan manusia dari kebutaan cinta nafsu. Dan seharunya setiap lelaki, menanai pekerti al-Khalifah dan menatang cinta yang kelarai dalam wadah kebenaran. Baharulah nu Ilahi akan menerangi setiap cebisan rindu, setiap keluhan resah, setiap kelumit kasih yang menggugur dalam jiwa manusia. Mudah-mudahan segala sengsara duniawi yang terhasil dari mimpi-mimpi manusiawi akan mampu diusir jauh dari reality.

Hawa,

Jika engkau mahu-mahu bahagia, intailah cinta yang tersembunyi di dalam al-Khalifah. Jika bisa engkau rebut ia dengan kekuatanmu, capailah semahu-mahunya. Mudah –mudahan resah yang engkau tanggung, pilu yang engkau usung, pedih yang menghurung, akan sirna dari lubuk kalbumu. Lalu engkau peroleh damai abadi.

Hawa,

Mungkin aku bukan lelaki itu. Dan buat ketika ini, aku tidak akan kesisimu. Kecuali azam dan doamu mampu mengubah takdir Tuhan. Segalanya mungkin, tetapi buat masa ini, segalanya adalah mustahil. Maafkan aku.

KISAH ADAM DAN HAWA...Part 1.

DOA  HAWA…

Tuhanku,

Aku pernah berteleku di satu sudut gelap dan membiarkan kedinginan melitupi segala kisi-kisi jirim sanubari. Dingin kedukaan merangkapku dan membekukan gapura cintaku. Beku, dan aku kaku. Tiada barang- barang cahaya yang bisa meleburkan bongkah-bongkah arca itu kerana sinar di ufuk jiwaku telah lama terpendam.

Tuhanku,

Kini aku mula berasa kehangatan yang terbit dari penjuru vakum, kehangatan itu disebabkan suatu sinar yang memancar dari seungkap nama. Jiwaku kian hangat dibakar satu perasaan. Kedinginan dan kebekuan akibat kekecewaan mula mencair. Aku mula kedengaran runtuhan bongkah arca duka silam.

Tuhanku,

Andai benar dia untukku, pahatkanlah kesetiaan di sanubariku. Kuatkanlah diriku untuk menyambut  huluran cintanya. Andainya benar dia pelindungku, kukuhkan  pendirianku di atas telapak al-Khalifah. Pastikan aku bisa dipeluknya dengan genggaman yang ikhlas demi keredhaan-Mu. Dan janganlah sekali-kali Engaku leraikan genggaman itu sehinggalah dia bisa memimpinku masuk ke gerbang jannatul firdaus.

Ya Allah,

Tuhan yang mendengar bisikan di balik gelintin malam. Ya Allah, Tuhan yang mendengar keluhan da n rintihan hambu-Mu yang terhimpit. Curahkanlah belas kasihan-Mu terhadapku. Ya Allah, cinta-Mu terlalu luas dan kasih sayang-Mu tidak pernah tandus. Aku mohon Ya Allah, agar Engkau mempertautkan cintaku dengan kekasihku yang dahulu.

Ya Allah,

Matahari sujud pada-Mu, bulan berputar di atas perintah-Mu, siang dan malam tidak pernah ingkar atas ketetapan-Mu, dan aku juga mahu termasuk dalam golongan makhluk yang sentiasa akur pada suruhan-Mu. Namun aku jahil Ya Allah, aku tidak tahu bagaimana caranya aku akan sampai kepada-Mu. Atas keinginan itu, aku mohon supaya Engkau kirimkan padaku seseorang yang akan mencintaiku dengan kesucian-Mu dan memimpinku ke syurga-Mu.

Dan aku amat pasti bahawa Engkau memahami rusuh batinku dan mengetahui jerit sanubariku bahawa aku mahukan dia sebagai pembimbingku. Ya Allah, aku mahu memetik cinta yang Engkau simpan di kamar Al-Khalifah. Agar bisa kusandar jasad dan rohku di pangkuannya hingga tiba jemputan azali.
